At Aaron Terence Hughes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory experience; however, due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the fragrance remains in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been sprayed or opened.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit, as we are not responsible for items broken during return shipping.
Processing and Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
